Shipping & Returns
Most items are in stock and ready to ship. Shipping within the US is conservatively 7-10 business days (we often can accommodate rush orders). There is a minimum of $12 shipping fee charged on all items. On rare occasion the website is unable to calculate shipping to your address. We ship all items in the US either by USPS or UPS and try to ship the faster method to your address. Shipping fee includes full insurance and the items are generally sent signature required to guarantee the package reaches you safely. Shipping/insurance is $15 on single small items, $25 for flashes and lens/flashes, $35 for the Dine Digital Solution and $40 for Digital SLR’s and $45 on the LED panels.
USPS is normally used for international shipping. Our site will use a place holder of $10 for international shipping. For actual shipping costs quote with insurance please e-mail your complete address to [email protected].We cannot ship packages via an untrackable service. All items shipped internationally may be subject to tax and duty levied by the importing country. Dine has no control over this fee it is charged by the receiving country However, we do have options we can offer to greatly decrease the potential amount of money levied as duty. Please email us at [email protected] or contact on our live chat option and we can discuss different ways to limit duty and taxes from your home country.
All items may be returned for refund within 30 days. Please call (800) 624-9103 for a return authorization number. All items must be returned in “as new” condition. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
